Product Description

Through the research on domestic and foreign market, our Company developed series Top Drive Type Hydraulic Drifter Independently. Adopting modular design, GTM15A equipped with big torque slewmotor and the impactor which could be worked with Double Frequency. It could overcome the problem of different complex stratum, especially sulitable for Drilling when need CasingPipe to protect the hole in unstable
stratum.
Slew Device: the Swing Torque comes from two orbit motors. One IFour-way Ball Valve shifts two stageoutput. Low torque when two motors in Series Connection, big torque while two motors in Parallel Connection. We design one Flow Compensation Valve for the second motor when two motors in Series Connection, it could solve the problem of tlhe second motor be dragged by the first motor, then increase the operating life of the first motor.
Double Frequency Impact: Under the fixed input power(Keep thee Flow and Pressure constantly) it could achieve Low Impact Frequency(Strong Impact Power) or High Impact Frequency(Low Impact Power ) through controls one Valve. Low Impact Frequency suitable the stratum as Sand Soil, Cobble Stone, Backfill with ConstructionWaste, Strong-weathered Rock etc. High Impact Frequency suitable the stratum as Sandstone, Decomposed Rock and Stone etc.
Impacting when pulling Drill Pipe: We design Hydraulic Shock Absorlpers + Hydro Pneumatic Accumulator+ Double Action Damper for the products, it could be impacted when pulling the Drill Pipe, can effectively resolve the Drill Pipe Sticking
