In designing process, we did not select Hydrostatic transmission drive systems, the special driveline layout was designed to install inside the rear 'U' frame. Torque convertor, power shift transmission and the unique mechanical drive power train is matched with diesel engine to provide consistent power and efficiency for peak power train performance.
The unique driveline design offers permanent six-wheel drive which ensures stability and maximum traction. These features result in the maximum net power transmission to the wheels, resulting in maximum fuel efficiency. Equipment Testing

 

Loading test condition is overloading 110%, long time running on the 12°---16°U type test site. We test the performance parameters of various components and systems, ensure that the vehicle to be used in the most stringent requirements.

Factory inspection is in strict accordance with the implementation of national standards in the industry,we test and record the automatic protection performance(includes Exhaust temperature, Surface temperature, Coolant temperature, Engine oil pressure, Radiator level and Gas density),safety performance, and the parameters of a vehicle. To ensure that the roof support carrier meets the needs of coal mine safety production.
