TMG series mining breaker jumbo is the underground mobile hydraulic breaker equipment specially developed and produced by the company for the secondary breaking of ultra-large rocks (ores) mined in non-coal mines, and is also the leading product applied in the domestic underground mobile breaking of non-coal mines. At present, there are three types of models of breakers: TMG - 119/2000, TMG - 154/2800 and TMG - 154/5100. It adopts professional general chassis structure design, high-strength structural materials, advanced processing and manufacturing technology, and changeable working devices, which are safe, practical, stable, reliable, and economical. It can completely replace the manual breaking operation and secondary blasting operation, and is widely used in the secondary crushing of ultra-large rocks (ores) such as underground mining, roadway engineering and quarries in non-coal mines.
Product Features:
1. Korea (GBT - series) engineer crushing hammer is selected, with stable and reliable performance and high operation efficiency. According to different rock hardness coefficients, select suitable types of crushing hammers to meet the requirements of rock (ore) crushing with hardness coefficient within f13.
2. The scientific and reasonable structural configuration design can meet the requirements of different working conditions such as the turning radius, climbing slope, and the operation and passage of underground tunnels in different mines to the maximum extent; The universal chassis design can realize the exchange of working device parts; The fully sealed wet bridge (pressure loss protection type) and the matched American MICO brake system are in the leading position in the industry with reliable safety performance; The structural parts are made of high-strength structural steel, which can withstand strong load after strength check and stress aging treatment by stamping and gas shielded welding technology.
3. The working arm is specially designed, with an effective distance of 3306mm, a swing angle of ± 30 degrees, a large coverage area, and can withstand high strength impact force to meet the need of free rock movement.
4. Main components of hydraulic system: crushing hammer, plunger pump, electric control shift handle, electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve, hydraulic control multi-way valve, electric proportional control valve, pilot control valve, balance valve, buffer valve, brake system, etc. are imported and domestic high-quality brand products, with reliable quality performance, high safety factor, energy saving and consumption reduction, and smooth operation.
5. The air-cooled cooling technology is used to control the system oil temperature, which is scientific and reasonable, and the operation and maintenance costs are low.
6. The cab and control system adopt reasonable ergonomic layout design, sealed air-conditioned cab, centralized control, video assistance and other design configurations, which is convenient, comfortable and easy to operate.
7. After strict shot blasting and rust removal, the antirust primer can meet the technical requirements of aircraft carrier grade, making the antirust, anti-corrosion ability and service life of the equipment stronger under various working conditions.
