Introduction of Product TL410 Underground Loader
TL410 underground internal combustion LHD is a kind of underground LHD that is applicable to the shoveling, transportation and unloading of non explosive environment mine roadway (4.1mx4.1m) tunneling and other small tunnel materials, and meets the requirements of mine safety certification. The rated bucket capacity is 4m3, the rated load is 10t, and the technical level has reached the international advanced level.

Powertrain
The imported Volvo Euro III emission engine can open the IV stage, Dana gearbox torque converter and axle, four-wheel drive, hairpin steering, and the vehicle has strong climbing ability. The braking system adopts spring braking and hydraulic release, which is safe and reliable.
Cab
The enclosed cab is equipped with air conditioner. The space design of the oversized cab conforms to ergonomics. The dual shock absorption design of cab shock absorption and seat shock absorption is adopted to maximize the operation comfort and meet FOPS/ROPS requirements.
Hydraulic system
The working system and steering system adopt load feedback variable system; The control mode is electro-hydraulic proportional pilot control; Independent heat dissipation of hydraulic oil and air cooling driven by hydraulic motor; Axle braking and cooling are variable systems, with two-way control of driving and braking.
