(1) Product description
TMPYT-97/700 skimming trolley is also known as roadway cleaning machine and skid top trolley. The equipment is
developed to replace manual prying operations with machinery, and realizes the mechanization of prying operations. It is
mainly suitable for underground mine excavation engineering and various underground excavation engineering tunnels,
prying holes and other prying operations and top knocking work. , It can quickly and effectively remove the relatively
concealed roof of the working face and the two unstable rocks that are easy to fall and collapse after blasting operations,
prevent the occurrence of roof-flooding accidents, and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment on the job site.
At present, the prying operations in underground engineering in our country are basically carried out manually,
and there are serious problems such as high labor intensity, dangerous working conditions, and high accident rate of topping.
TheTMPYT-97/700 prying trolley developed by our company is equipped with a professionally adjusted hydraulic impact
hammer, which has efficient and safe performance. It can also break large rocks after blasting and reduce secondary blasting

(2) Description of main components
1. Frame: The front and rear frame is made of 30mm steel plate laser cutting and welding, and the precision processing
of professional equipment ensures the precision of the workpiece and the assembly work difference. This structure has been
tested by relevant national departments.
2. Cab: The top plate is made of 10mm thick steel plate, which is bent and formed at one time. The pillars are made of
100x100x10mm rectangular steel as the skeleton. The dual hydraulic support cylinders can withstand 8.6T static pressure.
The protective grille is composed of 7 16mm thick steel plates arranged in parallel, which can resist flying rocks from the
front to the greatest extent. The cab has passed FOPS international certification.
3. Engine: Use Cummins 119KW engine that meets Euro III emission standards to ensure that no pungent smell or
black smoke is produced in poorly ventilated tunnels, creating a good working environment for production employees. The
engine power is 119KW, the maximum torque is 600NM
4. Prying hair impactor: Our company specializes the prying hair impactor according to the actual situation of the
downhole prying operation. The number of impacts is 1000-1200b.pm and the impact power is 450J. The impactor is
specially made to clean up the broken parts. , It can also ensure that the roof of the original intact tunnel is not damaged.
5. Working arm: The outer arm is 220x220x10mm, and the inner arm is welded with 180x180x10mm one-time forming
rectangular steel to ensure the strength of the working arm. When working, the retractable stroke is 1200mm. There are
elastic screws on all four sides of the outer arm that can adjust the wear plate.
6. Gearbox: It adopts split gearbox and torque converter, the torque is 600-700NM/2200R, and the maximum traction is
70KN.
7. Drive axle: It is a fully sealed oil-cut wet brake bridge, spring brake, hydraulic release, that is, oil-cut brake, so as to
ensure the stability and service life of the brake.
8. Hydraulic control proportional handle: Choose the German hydroneed brand. The handle is a pilot handle, which is
