Fabricating Equipment & Capability
Digital cutting, Robot welding, Sand-blasting, Heating treatment, enclosed painting assure frameworks reliable as Mining Standard QC and standard. Make use of digital CNC to manufacturing to assure accuracy at one-step.
Hydraulic cylinder: TL201, TL202, TL203 TL204, TT205, TT208, TT310, TT312 all of these cylinder will be build by TMG directly to save cost. As for the stronger cylinder will be supplied by long-term specific manufacturer of cylinder to assure QC and follow up the QC by TMG completely.
Inspection for details: Hydraulic parts from Parker, Rexroth. Linder as well as Danfoss. TMG will check once more by test bench. Make Hydraulic hose by ourselves and inspect by the tension according of Q-Note stand of Mining industry of National Mining association. Components of Transmission, Torque converter from Dana, Kesseler, or Funk, Advance, will be double check again on the test bench. Cable of electric system will be inspected by tension fitting meter as well. All of details of QC consist completed QC of Vehicles.
QC could be followed up by clients themselves.
Vehicle QC and Testing
As National standard of mining vehicles Code GB 25518-2010 to test the machines:
With Testing Engine or Motor (Keep Engines and motor of clients brand new) to operate the vehicle on the simulation ground ( similar as Underground Vein ) and load& Dump the Irene mineral on the Ramp ( Grade slope ). Exhaust testing and Noise testing are put into inner Cabinet for the testing.
Testing Plant is Off-the-Road and excavated by Rocks to realize the rough and tough working site.

Training: Operation Training, Maintenance Training as well as Fault Diagnose training.
