Brief Introduction:
TL203W is a high-efficiency LHD designed for narrow tunnels.The fully loaded bucket size is 2m3.The load capacity is 4-4.5t.Reasonable system layout, quite compact body design,small turning radius,powerful drive,high ore removal efficiency.We've made many technical improvements on power system, drivetrain system and control system, therefore this model is quite suitable for ore removal from small size narrow tunnel mines.

- Transmission
DANA R32425 power gear shift transmission with imported handle shift of electrical control ,four gears each for forwarding and backwarding.

DANA C272 torque converter.

Front axle:Heavy-duty rigidity axle,Dana14D or Kesseler D71 ,with standared differential installed internally. With big reduction ratio and high load bearing strength.
Rear axle:Heavy-duty rigidity axle, Dana 14D or D71 ,with no-spin differential installed internally. With big reduction ratio and high load bearing strength.
Axle braking:Adopting international used POSI-STOP brake,spring applies the brake,hydraulic release,to ensure the safe and reliable performance of brake.
Brake cooling of axle:Hydraulic oil
forced cooling.
- Braking System
Adopting Moic's short oil braking system. Under condition of flameout of engine and vehicle's power-failed,brake could be still performed with safety and reliability.
- Electrical System
DC 24V electrical voltage system. Non-maintaining battery is used to reduce the battery volume and reduce the workload for maintenance.Air-conditioning switch specially designed for imported vehicles is also applied to ensure the circuit is tripped safely in time when short circuit occurs.
Negative wire is connected in switch box to protect the stability of electrical wiring.

- Control System
The cabin seat is arranged on hinge position, this design has taken full consideration of operator's field of view during driving.
The cabin comply with the ISO ROPS/FOPS certifications of underground special vehicles.
- Hydraulic system
It is composed of work steering system and brake cooling system. Main pump and main valve are from mature product of Parker. The pilot system adopts Rexroth products. Filter system uses Donaldson's filter assembly.
Working system applies duplex pump, while braking system uses single pump, both of them are of Parker brand.
- Oil Tank
Volume of fuel tank is 148L.
Volume of hydraulic oil tank is 144L
- Steering System
Steering system is pilot operated control system, single oil cylinder for steering.
- Exhaust System
CANADA ECS tail gas treatment system.
