Introduction OF TMGS45450 Scaler Jumbo
TMGS-45/450 scaler is one of the TMG series scaling jumbo products independently developed and produced by our company. It is also a special equipment widely used in the treatment of roof fall and wall caving hazards in domestic non-coal mines. It is mainly applicable to the underground roadway with the height of crowding and risk elimination within 6M. At present, TMG-45/450 scaling jumbo, which has been finalized and produced by the company, can be divided into general types, plateau climate type, remote control operation type and other series products according to the applicable detailed design and configuration.
Product Features:
1. The scientific and reasonable structural configuration design can meet the requirements of the working conditions such as the turning radius, climbing slope and the operation and passage of the underground roadway in different mines to the maximum extent. Among them, the special chassis, front bulldozer, fully sealed wet bridge (pressure loss protection type), matched American MICO brake system and remote control operating device are safe, stable and reliable, and in the leading position in the industry.
2. Adopting high-strength structural steel stamping process, stress aging process and gas shielded welding technology, the structural parts of the whole vehicle can withstand strong loads after strength check.
3. The rotating structure design of the working arm and the crowding impact hammer has a large coverage area, which can meet the needs of all-directional crowding and risk elimination operation.
4. Main components of hydraulic system: sledge impact hammer, hydraulic oil pump, disc proportional handle, solenoid valve group, hydraulic control multi-way valve, priority valve group, rotary reducer, swing oil cylinder and hydraulic oil cylinder, brake system, etc. are imported and domestic high-quality brand products, with reliable quality performance, high safety factor, energy saving and consumption reduction, and smooth operation.
5. The air-cooled cooling technology is used to control the system oil temperature, which is scientific and reasonable, and the operation and maintenance costs are low.
6. The cab and control system are designed with reasonable ergonomic layout, sealed air-conditioned cab, centralized control, remote control, etc
