Technical Introduction
1. Power system
The power system adopts Volvo Euro V emission standard engine, and the exhaust system adopts catalytic reduction treatment to save energy and protect the environment; Enough power reserve is available for plateau construction. The engine cooling system uses an electronically controlled piston variable displacement pump and a fixed displacement gear motor as the power source, and the engine controller controls the displacement of the variable displacement pump according to its own signal, thereby controlling the motor speed, and finally realizing the engine thermal balance.
 
2. Transmission system
The transmission system adopts mature Dana torque converter and electric shift gearbox, with large traction and strong climbing ability. The axle is equipped with spring brake and hydraulic release wet spring brake to realize the integration of working brake, parking brake and emergency brake, simplify the brake hydraulic circuit, and improve the braking reliability and safety.
 
3. Hydraulic system
The working system and steering system adopt load feedback variable system and hydraulic confluence, and the control mode is electro-hydraulic proportional pilot control. The axle braking and cooling pump is a variable system, which controls the driving and
braking in two ways. The steering pump is connected in series with the brake pump and is placed at the torque converter power intake.
 
4. Electric control system
The electric control system uses CAN bus communication, integrated electronic handle to control the electro-hydraulic proportional valve, realizing the walking control (forward, backward, steering, shift) and working device control (boom lifting and bucket overturning) of the scraper. Monitor and display engine operating parameters, hydraulic system parameters and vehicle driving information, and be able to intelligently diagnose and alarm faults.
5. Frame
The structure of the frame is articulated, and the connection of the articulated part refers to the loader type structure: two tapered roller bearings are used at both the upper and lower sides. The articulation center of the front and rear frames is arranged in the middle of the wheelbase, which has good stability. The rear wheels and front wheels share the same track, so that the turning radius is smaller, the driving resistance is small, and the tire wear is small. 6. Working device
The Z-type reversing six link working mechanism is adopted, the main frame adopts box structure, and the main board material is Q550D, which improves the reliability of the working device. The bucket is made of HARDOX400 wear-resistant plate.
